How to change your scanned pictures to a PDF format using ScanDoc
Scandoc is able to help you with small tasks such as changing the file type from a photo to a PDF document. After you upload the file to Scandoc, you can annotate and edit it by adding signatures and text, which you will be able to find on the top left corner, or you can leave it just how it is and simply save it under a new file type.
Scan the physical document using your phone by selecting the “Scan” icon. Hover the phone over the document and take a picture. If you are happy with how the picture turned out, select “use photo”, if not retake it until you are content.
Crop the document to your desired size by moving the round circles on the edges of the document. Select the green arrow on the top left corner to continue.
Adjust the brightness level and rotate the document if needed. If you would like to annotate it continue reading, if not skip to step 5.
Annotate your document by adding text or a signature that you will be able to type in or draw on your phone. Place them in their desired location by holding it down and dragging it along the document.
Save the document as a PDF file by selecting “insert the icon”, which you can find at the top of Scandoc.
