How to sign a document using ScanDoc and personalize it to your needs

Scandoc’s goal is to allow you to personalise your document as much as possible; to make it truly your own. Therefore, it comes with a feature where you are able to add your own personal signature to the document, so that when you save it, it will automatically save your signature with it, too. How can you do this? It’s very simple, just follow the steps below:

1. Scan or upload the document to your desired device (phone, computer, laptop or tablet). To see more information on this, click here. 2. On the top left corner there is a drop-down button with the letter “A” on it. Click it and select the signature option which will allow you to either draw your signature or type it.

3. To type the signature, select the “type” option. To draw the signature, simply right-click and hold while you draw your signature in the boxed area.

4. Press “Save”. Then press anywhere on the document where you would like your signature to appear. Right click and hold down to drag the signature to the desired location.

How to edit or delete your signature

You can further customise your document by editing your signature.

1. Select the signature that is on your document and click on the black square on the top left corner. An array of colours will appear, where you will be able to select any colour you would like your signature to be in.

2. You can duplicate the existing signature by selecting the “copy” button.

3. You can delete the signature by selecting your signature on the document and pressing the “delete” button.

How to add another signature?

Once you have created a signature, you can add another signature, too. This way many different people can sign the document, allowing you to achieve anything you want in one location.

1. Select the "A" button, to add a signature to your document.

2. You will find in the editing section of the signature, the signature that is currently being used. 3. Select the signature and click “+New Signature”.

4. Then proceed by typing in the signature or drawing a new one into the enclosed box.

5. Change the colour and the font of the signature.
